Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using TeamDo you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using TeamDo on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it. If you do not agree, do not use TeamDo.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, and legally able to enter into a contract, to use TeamDo.

3. Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential. Tell us at support@teamdo.ly if you suspect unauthorised use. Give accurate information when you register and keep it current — accounts created with false details may be suspended.

4. Organizations and roles

TeamDo is organised around organizations and spaces. An organization's admins control its members, roles, and content, and can add, remove or restrict members and delete content. If you join an organization created by someone else, its admins can see and manage the content you create inside it. Where your employer provides your account, its internal policies apply on top of these terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law, or infringe anyone's rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
• send spam, malware, or unsolicited bulk messages, whether in chat or through the CRM;
• harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate anyone;
• upload content that is unlawful, or that you have no right to share;
• attempt to breach, probe, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the security of the service;
• use automated means to scrape or extract data beyond what the app offers;
• resell or provide the service to third parties without our written agreement.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you create in TeamDo. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, display and back up that content — only as far as it is needed to operate the service for you and your organization. We do not use your content for advertising, and we do not claim any other rights over it.

You are responsible for the content you upload, including having the right to share it and to process any personal data it contains.

7. Calls and recording

TeamDo provides voice and video calls. Where an organization enables call recording, audio calls may be recorded and made available to that organization; video calls are never recorded. The app informs participants when recording is active. It is the organization's responsibility to obtain any consent that applicable law requires before recording, and to use recordings lawfully.

8. Customer messaging (CRM)

If your organization connects WhatsApp Business, it must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business policies and with the messaging and data-protection laws that apply to it and to the customers it contacts. Your organization is responsible for the messages it sends and for the customer data it processes in TeamDo.

9. Third-party services

TeamDo relies on third-party services — including real-time calling, push notification, cloud hosting, and messaging providers — and may integrate with Darb Assabil for sign-in. Their availability is outside our control, and their own terms apply to their services.

10. Fees

TeamDo may offer free and paid plans. Where a plan is paid, its price, billing period, and renewal terms are shown before you purchase. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are also governed by that store's terms and refund rules.

11. Availability

We work to keep TeamDo available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we perform maintenance that can cause downtime. TeamDo is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Huruf Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, nor for lost profits, lost business, or lost data. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim, or, where you paid nothing, to the resupply of the service.

13. Termination

You may stop using TeamDo at any time and delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion disables access immediately, and your personal data is erased within 30 days; content you contributed to an organization remains with that organization, no longer linked to your identity — see the Privacy Policy for the detail.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if your account poses a risk to the service or its users.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes are announced in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use TeamDo after that means you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Libya, and the courts of Libya have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
